The second-longest bridge of its kind in Nepal, the asymmetric, single-tower Karnali Bridge was constructed via international cooperation between the USA, Japan, and Nepal. The bridge spans the Karnali River in western Nepal between the Kailali District and the Bardiya District, and it is the nation's first and only cable-stayed bridge to date. The bridge could be visible from the resort.

The Royal Bardia National Park, a protected area in Nepal, was first created in 1988. It is the largest and least altered national park in Nepal's Terai, with a surface area of 968 km2 (374 sq mi). It is located in the Bardiya District, next to the eastern bank of the Karnali River and divided by the Babai River.This amazing national park is just 15min drive from the resort.

A popular tourist destination in Tikapur, Nepal, is the Tikapur Great Garden (Tikapur Park). It provides people with a variety of flowers and plants and is situated along the Karnali River. On the river, there is a boating facility, and there are a few beaches where people may swim or sunbathe. Formerly, it served as the late king Mahendra royal residence.It is just 50 min drive from the resort.
